Although perio surgery is no fun, Dr NIcoaraβs office made it easy. Questions were answered quickly, even on weekends by Dr. N herself! The procedure was painless and follow up explained thoroughly. The office is professional and kind. Concerns were addressed very quickly. I highly recommend Dr Nicoara and would go back there in a heartbeat if I ever need perio care in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Nicoara and her office. I have been a frequent flyer at the periodontist's office for the last two decades to deal with thin gum tissue and recession, and it's never top of my list. The older I get, the more anxiety and stress this has caused me. Dr. Nicoara was beyond kind, understanding, and listened to every one of my concerns. She explains things in a way that is both easy to understand without dumbing it down, and she seems to run her practice in a manner that is actually about helping patients. I hope I don't need to have more grafting or other treatments, but if I do, I know I will be in excellent hands with Dr. Nicoara.

Dr Nicoara is fantastic. I am a dentist in Arizona and brought my son to her for a tooth transplantation. Everything went very smooth. Dr Nicoara definitely knows what she's doing and does a great job start to finish. She and her team communicated very well so we knew what to expect and follow up has been great.

I highly recommend Dr. Nicoara. She, and her team, are caring and genuinely concerned about their patientsβ health, comfort as well as being open about the pricing and time frame for procedures. From the first phone call I made to the procedure itself I have been at ease. There is more to do, and I will be returning to Dr. Nicoara.

Dr. Nicoara was very professional. Her estimate for the extraction and temporary tooth was affordable. Everything went well from extraction through healing time. She even got me in early to put in my temporary tooth when I broke my covering a couple weeks too soon. I would recommend her services and use her again if needed.

I came to Dr. Nicoara carrying real anxiety due to a history of head trauma. From the very first appointment, she made me feel seen and safe. She validated my experience without hesitation, took my concerns seriously, and was consistently warm, present, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. I needed a front tooth extraction and implant, and I interviewed four other providers before choosing her. Her pricing was fair and transparent, and unlike some of the others I consulted, I never once felt upsold or pressured. She also honored my request for a non-metal implant, which was important to me, without rolling her eyes at me as other providers did. The quality of her work is exceptional. Her attention to detail is evident at every step of the process. If you've had difficult dental experiences in the past or want a provider who genuinely listens, Dr. Nicoara is the real deal. I'm so grateful I found her.

Dr. Nicoara's office waiting room promoted a peaceful atmosphere, a good way to start! She showed personal interest and was very professional. She considered ways to reduce the cost, and discussed different options and time frames. The actual work was done quickly and I had very little pain. My referring dentist considered her a notch above the other implant specialists. I felt she was personally concerned for me and I received excellent treatment. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing dental implants.

Dr Nicoara listened carefully as we discussed my general health, root exposure and receding gums. Her gentle yet thorough exam was followed by a possible treatment plan and home care. I've highly recommended Dr Nicoara and her staff to others for expert periodontal care.
